The European Representative Democracy (ERD) data consists of government-level data for 29 European democracies in post-WWII Europe. For each country, the archive contains data for all governments (cabinets) that have formed after the introduction of the current democratic regime of representative democracy. Cabinets formed up to 2014 are included in the ERD. The update of the data was made mostly in-house by project members.
Altogether, ERD dataset contains comparative data on more than 600 governments, and on the corresponding political parties and parliaments.
The 2012 to 2014 versions of the dataset was made in the original ERD project. The latest (2020) version was made in subsequent the Representative Democracy in Europe project.
