Recent changes (June 2024)

Since the March release, there have been some minor changes and additions to the main datasets. All changes are documented in detail in the change log. Below is a summary:

• The “ideological polarization” variables have been updated to rectify a previous coding error
• A new new variable, “unique_id”, has been created to make it easier to merge different data sets
• Updated termination data for more recent governments

• Other minor corrections (please see the change log for details)
